Make. Test.
Learn. Improve.

A good idea becomes more useful when you can try it, question it and improve it. These four steps guide our work.

  1. 01 / ChangeMake something you can try.

Start with a clear problem. Build a working prototype that makes the idea concrete.

The work. An original build, with a clear purpose and a version we can return to.

The standard. Be clear about what works today and what is still in development.

  2. 02 / TestLook for what breaks.

Test the awkward cases as well as the obvious ones. Consider accessibility, privacy and misuse from the start.

The work. A record of what we tested, what happened and what needs attention.

The standard. Treat a passing test as evidence, not a guarantee.

  3. 03 / ProveMake the result checkable.

Explain what a result shows, how we reached it and where its limits are.

The work. Evidence that lets someone else examine the claim.

The standard. Let the evidence set the scale of the claim.

  4. 04 / KeepLearn from what did not work.

Keep the failures as well as the successes. Use both to decide what changes next.

The work. A dated record of the result, including the parts that fell short.

The standard. Make the next version better informed than the last.
